“See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed. He is able to open the scroll and its seven seals.”
Revelation 5:5
The lion wears the crown of thorns, mane built up in long dry strokes. Real gold leaf is applied throughout this piece, catching the light and shifting as you move around it. The original painting is already sold out — only a print is available for this piece, the same size as the original at 18 × 24 in.
